Will you come to my house to quote?

We are happy to quote a cleaning service in your home or an estimate over the phone. Please call or text on 027-877-8787 to schedule or submit the form on this site.

Is HANA Services insured?

Yes, We are a fully insured and registered NZ business.

We carry full coverage for breakage and damage to place and contents that occur while our cleaning time. Also, an accident or injury during this time is covered under HANA' s responsibility.

What is the cancellation policy?

The only thing we ask is when you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. If it's within 24 hours there is a $60 charge. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment, it is 60% of the cleaning cost charge. If you cancel either when the cleaner has arrived or we couldn't access your place, the full price will be charged.

Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Absolutely! We supply all of the cleaning products; including floor & window cleaners, surface sprays, mould remover, vacuums, scrubbers, mops and wipes. If you prefer us to use your own equipment, that's totally fine with us.

Is it the same cleaning crew each time?

We will always try to send the same cleaners for your peace of mind, however, we may have to send another person for some matters. But no worries at all, the crew carry specific instructions about what we do at your place and the work is checked by the manager.

Are you a pet-friendly service?

We understand that they are your priceless family members. Our products are non-toxic, eco-friendly so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

How long is an average cleaning service?

It all depends on the condition of your place. A typical cleaning service takes between 2 to 4 hours. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and convert that number into hours. E.g. : 3 bedrooms = 3 hours.

When will I be charged? Do you accept cash payment or bank deposit?

We will not charge you until we have finished your cleaning service.
